Do those sites have any restrictions as to what file types you can upload? Ex. no .mp3 or .avi, etc.

I use fileflex all the time for my images

I just use a new site I discovered http://www.pileupload.com
No limitations to type or speed only limit is 120mb per file. Pretty cool
