if its a low page ranking search query then if the site is popular its more likely to become high page ranked for that search term which in turn drives more hits to the site

I didnt know that... but what happens if they have to many of those "META" tags, does it block the other ones?

If you have too many keywords (high keyword density page) google is inclined to block that page/site from its index becaues its seen as direct attempt to gain hits

So using a few relevant search terms works wonders, especially those of your competitors sites tongue.gif

I was wondering how google blocks those guys that want to get heavy hits on there site... Does it happen for some to pass through the fingers, and end up with a bunch of "META" tags, or is it a automated system?
