I've gone from Cleveland to Miami a few times. 18 hour drive. Um, lots of music and speeding

I found that listening to all the Dane Cook CDs (if you are into crude humor) makes any ride go faster.

...very good tip, Dane + as many comedy cd's as possible. If you do get very tired... pull over, take a nap. I have literally had to slap myself a few times before to keep myself from falling asleep behind the wheel trying to make good time. It isn't worth it, get plenty of rest beforehand.

Ive driven from Ky to florida a few times. 13 hours in a car sucks but it was worth it once i got down there, and yes dane cook does make the trip much faster. I just start laughting so hard sometimes i dont concentrate on the road

Or don't be cheap and fly! It actually works out cheaper than the cost of petrol to fly from London to Scotland over here, insane I know!
