Variety reports that Twentieth Century Fox, the studio behind the Kiefer Sutherland action series, has signed deals with show creators Robert Cochran and Joel Surnow and show-runner Howard Gordon to create a big-screen version of the show. Cochran and Surnow will write the script this summer, while working on season six of the series, with an eye toward shooting the movie between seasons six and seven.

im not sure but i guess its gonna be out next year? and as for length Singh400 that would be excellent however i read the film will be around 2 hours long
