The Shock Knife delivers up to 7500 volts but less than 1 milliamp. Activated at the touch of a button, it has four different modes: “Low”, “Med”, “Hi”, and “X”. Whats the point in less than 1mA @ 7500 volts!
Why not decrease the voltage and increase the current flow, for a bigger shock!

To defend against muggings just have wires with u at all times. If someone attacks, attach the wire to them and then let them hit the wire. They will be in for a shock.

Umm...Singh...language?
But yeah, this thing seems a bit of a strange idea. I guess its goal is to replace those wooden training knives with the chalk on them.
