I was quite bored tonight and looked at my desk and was just like wtf how do I get anything done?
So here's a quick shot of my computer desk how it is approx. 6 days a week (one fo those days my wife cleans it, next day its like this again)

So does anyone else have any shots of their messy desks? Let's see em...... ok clean or messy.

LOL, thats not messy, at least you dont have to peak aroud items to see what is on the screen. I would be embarresed to post my desktop(s)

I'm jealous...I dont even have a desk. My monitor is on a nightstand next to my bed. If it weren't for wireless, I'd probably have shot myself by now from all the times the mouse would fall off my bed, lol.

I'll get you a picture asap... I beat you all! I have to clean up my desk daily before I can even go to work!

I guess I shoulda got a better pic from top to bottom, around the bottom of the desk; papers, fedex boxes, cakeboxes, discs, cables....etc. etc.

My desk, in the morning when I wake up, and after I took a shower and start working:

Only difference is I can cleanly reach for my mouse and keyboard...

And it's this every morning, because in the evening I just throw all the junk that's in my way on my desk, making everything hidden under the junk

The best part of these pictures are actually above my desk (my guitars, my beer-crate-light with monkey and beertruck, the posters etc.)

if i posted my whole apartment, i'd win....

Messy? You think that's messy? I have to wade through a stack of loose papers, CDs, pens, and empty glasses to get to my keyboard and mouse. As for the actual working desk portion, don't get me started... Then again, I'm moving next month, so I'm pretty much letting it all go to hell until I pack it up.

Those things are freely available from DeviantArt. Search for flag icons or so. You'll find them.

wow... those are some messy desks. Mines is quite messy too but its nowhere compared to those of blood and others.

here is mine it is SUPER messy

If my desk was that clean, I wouldn't be able to find anything I need! like smokes, meds, flashlight, beers, my headset, coffeemachine...

And I'd have to walk for that stuff too...

These photos are a about a month so two old... and i did small image due to bandwidth and wanted to quickly upload them to show a mate who moved to other side of the country my new layout as she was interested

I have a crappy camera but here it is.

And I Just moved all the way across the country, leaving my old nice computer desk behind. I'll be buying a new one sooner or later.

I guess im one of the few without an LCD. Just using my cheap ole ViewSonic CRT. Basicly it alone eats up most of my desk. Then keyboard, mouse, speaker, etc. Gotta keep it clean or you couldnt be able to even phycially move because of all the wires i have everywhere.

i actually just put my old 17" CRT monitor back on my desk a few days ago. the wide LCD is now above it temporarily until i sell my 27" CRT TV so I can put the HD on the TV stand w/ my 360 & matching wood faceplate heh

So do I qualify for this competition? I'd assume not having a desk would disqualify a person from a "Messy Desk" contest...

How old is that laptop there?? (is it even a laptop?) I mean the one on your 'desk' btw.

The one on my desk is from around the '95-ish era. The one on the floor next to my desk is from '05.

I think Blood and Quantum take the cake with their messes. I won't even post mine, it's not cluttered enough for such a topic.

Well my space is always bad until the wife decides to clean up when I am out then I can never find anything again for weeks ahhhhhhhhhhh.

And I'm noticing when others are posting that when their desks gets cleaned, they get mad cause they can't find what they want. Funny cause I get mad too when he would put my stuff on places not close to the desk and he says it's better when it's clean cause you'll know where everything is. (without telling me where they are..... )
