Sony seems to be installing software on our systems unknowing to the consumer. this software seems to be leaving holes for security attacks on the "infected" systems.
Would you be willing to join in on a class action Law Suit against Sony?

Yes if there is or is going to be one i would be willing to join, and from what ive read the person that should sue is DVD Jon. From what ive read the rootkit contains some of his code.

I signed up for the European sue (dunno, found a link on a reliable news-site) because me and my gf now both have it under windows (well.. I had.. format) and I still have 5 discs containing the kit.
Anyone btw knows anything about the exchange for normal CD's program from Sony?

In my country, suing big corporations and the government sure fails.

Sony is a bunch of greddy idiots. I should point out that people are already exploiting Sony's rootkit to hack World of Warcraft, as well as create several new spyware apps that are pretty nasty, to say the least...
