Could someone tell me how to make a tutorial like he did for submitting news? i've always wondered? is it a program? because my friend wants some tutorials on some stuff he doesn't know how to use. please can someone help me?

Well i have no idea how he did it but there is a program called Camtasia Studio that will record anything that you do while its recording. Just like that flash did only it saves it in avi format i belive. Its been a while since ive used the program so i dont remember what format it saves it. But i dont know tons about flash but i belive that you can import that movie and then save it as a flash file.
