for normal users, you're not going to get any more than $500 'cause they'd just get a Dell, instead of your machine

for power-users they probably wouldn't pay any more than $900, since (as you realized) for $900 they could get a (decent enough) laptop, instead

for (non-hardcore) gamers they may pay a bit more

would you be willing to part the machine out?

@tobb555: only to one person (a majority of parts) with a minium of 600 bucks worth

need a computer replacement asap, i do a lot of school work on me computer (hence laptop + starbucks!)

well how much would you be willing to sell the video card for ? if you even want to sell it.
