I hope that this is what it looks like it if damn sexy.

I doubt they'll make the power button that big, it takes up an entire side of the console. Also, there are no controller ports...maybe the artist agrees with me and thinks it's about damn time wireless controllers become standard. biggrin.gif

--Josh
Tobb555
the reason why there is only one controller port is that there all wireless.

EDIT: Here is another pic of what it might look like. I dont think that it will look like this seeing as in the first pic its a real object and not a computer image

those pics are sweet. if they are real i like the design way better than teh original xbox
Lee_Mann
that last pic looks really old school dont like it lol
mishi
the main xb2 pic(top) isn't real as it's a render, but yes that what the final design will look like :
http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=22753
Tobb555
dude that isnt a render. that is way to real looking to be a render.
mishi
i meant the other one where it shows the whole console, but yeah renders do look real and takes a keen eye not to be fooled.

funny as there was another concept design doing the rounds a few months back that looked very similar to this final design
Tobb555
ya the bottom one is. But you said that the top one was rendered. The bottom two pics are not real. I know this.
oubipaws
I can't wait to see what it looks like when they show it on MTV biggrin.gif

Yes the controllers are going to be wireless. The only port I'm assuming is for the old xbox controllers.

EDIT: Here are some pictures of the remote and the new controller. There are rumors that the 3D X on the controller is a bottom. But no one is sure yet.

and as you can see on the bottom of the controller there appears to be a place to put it in a docking station. Also the remote is a dead give away that it will have Media Center capabilities. I sure cant wait till Nov. comes around. I just hope that it will have a DVR built in it. That would be really cool.

EDIT2: This is going to be the last time i edit this i swear. But I just listen to an interview on it and it is going to have DVR and DVD-Burning on it. You can listen to it. I would prefer you download it with the Torrent but if you dont have Bit Torrent installed then you can directly download it here. But i would really prefer you to download it form the torrent.

@tobb555, Dude that torrent requires registration.

Here you go. I thought that i made the torrent public my bad. Well anyways here is a Link to my xbox server. Its in a folder called Xbox360 and the CNN interview is called "xbox360.wmv" and the MP3 interview is called "360.rar". Those are two different interviews for those wondering. Please download the video file and not stream it. Thanks guys and enjoy.

To sum up the important stuff regarding XBL:

There will be two versions of Xbox Live. Silver is free (everyone gets it), and Gold is a paid subscription, like the current XBL. It looks like Xbox Live will be free on the weekends for everyone; Gold members will get it all the time, obviously. Current Xbox Live accounts will carry over to the 360 and become Gold Xbox Live accounts. Both Gold and Silver members will be able to download demos, trailers, and other content through XBL.

This info seems pretty legit, and some insiders have confirmed that this is indeed a real leak. At this rate, you have to wonder if Microsoft will have anything left to reveal at the MTV unveiling on May 12.
paleck
AWSOME stats. i cant wait to get one
Bloodflame
sounds good so far. i've always favored Playstation over Xbox (and PC over everything, but i'm just a geek. heh tongue.gif), so seeing these specs really makes me look forward to what Sony might do to compete! smile.gif let the games begin!!
oubipaws
Whats most interesting is how quiet Nintendo is keeping...makes me wonder what they have up their sleave wink.gif
o0f
I'm with bloodflame. If these specs are legit then god.
BlueScreenOfDeath
first off the cell cpu will obliterate the xbox's cpu power... nintendo i dont think is a really viable threat...the Revolution is underpowered compared to these 2.

The cell CPU is suposed to be 3x time powerful. But there is no way in hell that Sony will be able to make a console that is that much more powerful then the already super powerful x360 without it costing tons more. If they do then they will be loosing more money the MSFT per console. And the first time around MSFT lost around 100 per console sold.

is xbox live silver free
