Thankyou to all those who PM'd me with gmail requests i was overwhelmed with requests, and had to unfortunately skip most of you and send to the first 4 PM's I recieved.

Congratulations to the 4 lucky people that recieved their invites in their mailbox today.. hope you enjoy your new gmail accounts.

Whats so great about G-mail? Comcast gives me 250MB of space per account. Also my .com give me 2 gig of e-mail space. Both without Ad's. Gmail wouldn't be something hot if it was public for everyone to have. I think its very overrated. When I only had 10MB of space with comcast I never went over that limit. Didn't even use 5MB at a time.

I hear you dude, it's alot of space presonally I think it's a status symbol. 250 MB is plenty.

Well for others I guess it's different. Like for me. I'm not a photographer, but I like sending pictures, other attachements, and etc + I try to keep in touch with all my friends and I send a recieve a lot of e-mails so I go through 10 MB like that. I started to save my e-mail on my computer and had to delete them cuz I had no space. G-mail in my opinion a good service, I am already liking it, there are some stuff I would like to be done

1) Maybe the either a special google toolbar to tell you when u have new e-mail and not just for 1 account maybe for multiple accounts, cuz I have 2.
2) Virus Scanner, not sure if they have one or not, but don't think so.
3) I was thinkin if u look at it all the major e-mail serives have an instant messenger client (Yahoo - Yahoo Mail - Yahoo Instant Messenger) (Same with MSN and AOL) I think a Google Instant Messenger of GIM would be a cool idea.
4) The Servers are ok, but lately well I've used it for 2 days know including yesterday and there were alot of server problems today.
5) let Thunderbird setup my e-mail to recieve it there. Cuz I like it more than G-mail, but not sure if it will support it.

While this is a nice gesture to post account creation links, I can only advise that you request members PM you if they want to have a gmail account. Any guest can see those links, sign up for an account, and vanish without even a thank you.
