My laptop broke 11 days ago, so i took it back to COMET for repair (the laptop is only 9 moths old and is covered by warranty and insurance i brought for it). I have rang up 3 times now to see what is going on with the repair.....
1st time: women was really rude!
2nd time: laptop not even been looked at
3rd time (tonite) lost details on computer!
And i also had a job number which was invalid because COMET wanted 7 digits and i had 6!
I also...emailed them (no reply)....
This is the 3rd time it has been in now for repair....and to top it off....listen to this....
I went into store today to complain and no customer service manager was in, the store manager was just about to go home (
I couldnt believe it, and get this, i asked the young lady behind the desk what the policys are for repairing a product and...she couldnt tell me...she didnt know!!!!
Im not the type of person to loose his temper but this one really got me ANNOYED
COMET = Waste Of Space!
Sorry for rambling on but i need to get my anger out!!!
