Poor MJ is getting it rough.

Personally, I'm trying to be as objective as possible. I've never been a huge fan of him as a person, but I do like his music. I don't think he's done what the media has made it seem, that is....sexual actvity with kids or as one reporter put it, King Pedophile. I do think he may have gotten 'inappropriate' somewhat with them, discussing things parents or family should discuss.

In any case...what do you all think?

I will say i think he is guilty for the sake of debate. I dont really care tho as long a justice is served, not celebrity justice tho lol.

I'm not saying he is always innocent but I think a lot of the charges are fake.
Still even if you think he is innocent, you have to wonder what's wrong with hime. Just compare Michael in the 80's and Michael now.

all these people are out for is money... the kids keep changing their stories, things they say just completely dont make sense... i think it's just a f***ed up family that want's money and will do such a low thing to get it.

i do think that jackson is a bit freaky, but i'm sure he didnt rape them.

Personally i think he is innocent hes a great artist! but alot of crap has happened to him so u can neva know, its up to the courts to decide, but everyone has there own opinion!

As one of the 'Europeans' that were getting flamed in another discussion, I am intrigued which the MJ case. Many of the tabloids over here (UK) have already tried, convicted and sentenced him. Same with many americans, I suspect. Just one question;

What happened to the tennet that you profess to hold so dear; innocent until proven guilty??

Society today is same as back then I think. We try to say we've changed and evolved for the better, but I don't think that's what's happened. It really sucks. On one hand, if everything is fake then those parents and the kids need to get sent right to hell. They've destroyed a man's reputation and taken his money while at it. If what they're saying is true, then he needs to get what any person that does that kind of stuff deserves. Personally, as I said - I don't think he did stuff to the extreme that they are claiming. He may have outstepped his bounds as an 'older man' and how society dictates such is to speak and react with a child, but I really don't think anything sexual happened.
It's just like the burning of 'witches' back in the day. Society needs a 'witch' to burn. This 'witch' of today is usually a big celebrity. MJ is simply the next victim.

where people exist, there exists corruption. I'm sure that of which he is accused is more widespread than any of us want to know. However, there is corruption on both sides of the case. sadly enough we can't create a society that's perfect in how we execute justice.. we are the society and its creators.

i think he's ugly and should get jail. no j/k. but i think he's guilty, just not all of the charges. I think the accusers are out for money, are out to affect one of the most popular celebs. Out of 295 million people and a handful of celebs, they are bound to be wide open targets when they're on almost every TV in the US. That is sad also, but they choose this lifestylye. he has the money to spare... he should have just taken the oprah route.

I think its just the media making a big thing out of it and making the public go against him, just people trying to make money!

I think he is a little screwed up in the head and might have some serious issues with himself...and in all honesty, he still thinks he is a kid. If he did sleep with the little boys, he probably is thinking that he is still a little boy and there is nothing wrong with it. There is something wrong with it, but until they get some hard evidence about the sex, rape, whatever, then I honestly believe he is not guilty. He does need some mental help though

i don't want to become famous, EVER. i like to stay behind the scene and keep people from tearing me apart publically. too much useless drama . i have enough drama as it is.

Jackson sure looks freaky. However, I do not think he did it especially when the boy just keep changing his f**k statements.
