Is there anyway to set the default for opening new windows to open a new tab instead of a new browser window? I dont wanna hold cntrl and whatever the other keys are. I just want the screen to open in a new tab. Is it possible?

Opening in a new window is defined in HTML code <a href="blah" target="_blank">, but you can do as I do, ie. Preferences - Navigator - Tabbed Browsing - Open tabs instead of windows for middle-click etc. Then you just click with left button to open in a new window, and with middle button to open in a new tab.
