I have an Eksternal Harddisk 160gb from Western Digital.

It can take USB2 and Firewire, and my PC can take USB2 and Firewire.
I usally have the firewire connected to the PC but if I connect the USB2 and still have the Firewire in, will it go faster or nothing speciall will happen?

And what is the fastest? Firewire or USB2??

First, learn to spell. Second, no it will not go faster if you connect both Firewire and USB 2.0. Third, that depends on what version of Firewire it is.
