That happens i dont think they will charge you, like the 6800 pro, come wit a free Far Cry and it said i was being charged for the game, but in reality wasnt.

i am buying a mobo, i only have 133 ram, if i buy a bord that suports 233 will this work?
OutlandishTrendz
Your 133 RAM is SDRAM.. The 233 (perhaps maybe it is 266), if it is 266 then it is DDR SDRAM and wont work.
cokeman
booth ram is ddr
OutlandishTrendz
Then the new mobo should back date and work. As long as the type and pin count are the same.
cokeman
how can i find the pin count? cpuz
there bolth sdram i just found out

They'll usually charge you like $5 for "free gifts" - Shipping - the only thing I don't like about Newegg..
heliologue
The motherboard specs should list the type (pin) of RAM that it takes.

The price of the "free gifts" will be taken off by the time you reach the payment entry screen.

NewEgg does not charge shipping for gifts.

And only one free gift per purchase...

Luckily it wasn't my credit card cool.gif
