Why not just find it somewhere and get it, instead of buying it. Personally its not with the money to buy it. Maybe if it was a beta, but I doubt even then.

that's definitely illegal to sell beta products.
On the beta CDs that MS sends beta testers, it specifies that the CD is not for sale.

I understand what you are saying. In this case, what's illegal is the guy who leaked it to the p2p network. You see, when you recieve a beta product, you've agreed to a Non-Disclosure Agreement part of which that you don't distribute beta materials. So this guy who leaked it to the p2p network is not abiding by the NDA.

Then get it off the P2P networks.
