If I were you, I would not purchase a key from anybody. The hassle it would be to make it a legal key would not be worth the money you would save. If you purchase a key, it would have been already activated. You would have to call Microsoft to be able to validate the key you purchase. It is illegal to purchase Corporate keys as Corporate keys are attached to a VLK license agreement. Under the VLK license agreement, the holder of a Corporate key is liable for Software Audits.
Just go to CompUSA and buy the box.

you can go to pricewatch.com , go down to operating system under software, and go to either xp home or xp pro, they sell the OEM liscense there actually pretty cheap.
Kinda like this one
http://www.awedeals.com/catalog/product_in...roducts_id=1880there are planey of sites that sell these, most of the time you may have to purchase a cheap piece of hardware with it so you dont violate the OEM agreement. Most sites offer a 2 dollar mouse.

i agree with omega. they have the licenses dirt cheap on pricewatch and they're the real thing.
