http://gmail.google.com/gmail/help/about.html3. How do I sign up? When can I get a Gmail account?
We're currently only offering Gmail as part of a preview release and limited test. We don't have details on when Gmail will be made more widely available, as that depends in part on the results of the test...

U can Give them ur email address and there is a chance you will be contacted with info;

Matt, are you talking about MS or google?
If its microsoft, you can submit a request at beta.microsoft.com
Tell them that you know a lot about computers and software and IT stuff.
Also, if you've bought software from them before (ie. they've emptied your pockets before) , they probably will accept you easier.

I've been a MS beta tester since summer 2002.

Do u think that my age has any affect?
EDIT: Ht, i mean i havent got a response from either of them.

Umm, dunno I think you have to be 18+ , but I'm not really sure.
All I know is that if you can't download the beta software, they'll send it via DHL.

yea and gmail is exactly that ...u pay a privacy fee for the 1 gig stroage...and thats for them to be able to go through your mail and use it basically as ad marketing
beta-guy
Jun 14 2004, 09:12 PM
I hate that you got post site... that voice always surprises me... and yeah I don't believe that it would possibly have 1 TB... now Gmail you get ads the privacy thing doesn't bother me so much because it's an automated bot tht will simply do a quick scan and tell teh ad server what topic to aim the ads for... the goodgle ads do the same thing on other websites, don't they?
I think that whole privacy is simply making a mountain out of a hill...

Please don't make me laugh. I still dont believe it, something is way too fishy on that site. If its so legit, then why is there NO media coverage about it that I have seen?
