only thing i can think of is if u had a beta testing free limited account and it ran out...call Customer service and ask them...
Yes, if you was in the MSN 9 Beta, from the date you signed up, you have 4 months of testing it. Sorry, but if you want to continue, they should of sent you that gift for free msn premium, if not, your only choice is to subscribe to it.
