My humble beginnings:
Gsurface
Nice one quint, I see we have the same cpu... biggrin.gif
quint
Like the CPU just fine, but think I could use a better mobo; using an ASUS A7V133. It just has SDRAM, think DDR would be better.

While you're here, to which topic would I post a question concerning routers in a dual-boot setup of Win98SE and WinXP Home?

quint
Gsurface
yeah DDR would be better, but for what you have its fine, 512MB is good. My board is a cheap board, pcchips, but it has both DDR and SRAM slots so that kinda good.

Nice, how come you havent upgraded to service pack 3?
nvyseal4u
I want to, but Sys. Admin. wont, they are really behind. They say sometimes newer SPacks don't necessarly mean better.

here we are, I had to crop down my desktop. I dont think anyone wants to see my 3072*1536 desktop resolution. Its a good thing to see most people are not pushing the fastest processor. I'd prefer to see more peoples system properties.

Gsurface
bensenvill, is that DDR?
