Anyone ever notice how it seems that about 75% of the other tech sites out there are always about a week behind in their news? Is it just me or do you get tired of readin ur news here and then a week later seein it somewhere else??
BlueScreenOfDeath
hmmm havent come across any of those sites...
hacker_god
try takin a look at geek.com and slashdot.org just to name some.......they always seem to be about a week behind....lol
liquidsilver
I guess it just shows you how good Flexbeta really is. biggrin.gif
Kelsenellenelvian
Yeah some sites I check out only change their news like every 4-5 days
Matt
Yeah, I've seen two or three, but not Slashdot.org. lol Their one of the few sites that always keep their news up to date.
hacker_god
im a registered member @ slashdot.............sometimes they cover alot of stories that have been published here @ flexbeta like 4-5 days old
cooldude7273
can't say i have noticed that...
benwalburg
havn't noticed with slashdot..but yeah some sites its 2-4 days old news..kindda annoying, i just memorize the news heading (title) so hopefully they don't change it on me and waste my time tongue.gif
OutlandishTrendz
Well you can thank the excellent staff here for keeping everybody informed. cool.gif
hussam
Well not everybody can be as good as flexbeta!
Gsurface
yeah Ive seen this at geek.com where they will be atleast two days behind on news. As far as /. they are ontop of there news, I visit the site everyday and they always have really good up to date news. I guess maybe a time or two they may have old ews, but its probably cause since they get so many submissions per day, they may overlook some, who knows.
benwalburg
we have it also sometimes, just gets barried, or someone shoots lots of new news in same cat in small amopunt of time.
BlueScreenOfDeath
then u go through those slumps where theres nothing good to post...
GlennTheBaker
I read the other day that the release of Windows 98 was imminent. I haven't seen that on Flexbeta yet so you're not that good.

Link? If you referring to MS stopping support and everything for 98 and others. I am pretty sure I have posted something on it.
