This has been out on DVD for a couple of months, but I just saw it over the weekend on pay-per-view. I have to say that this is an awesome movie. My wife wanted to watch it so I thought it was some artsy chick flick, but it turned out to be full of zombies and the plot line was excellent. I dont think my wife realized what this movie was about! lol

Is that the one where the guy is left alone of earth or something?

Yea, he has a car accident and is put into a come and then wakes up 28 days later in an empty hospital and there is no one around, everybody is gone, until the zombies come out!

I didnt care much for the movie actually. I thought Ghost Ship was a lot better cuz I rented them both at the same time.

I think 28 days later was a remake of Romero's "Dawn of the Dead". My wife got this 28 days later from ...somewhere, and I was once again surprised to see a modern zombie movie. I've been watching horror since I was a kid, since mid-eighties, so I've seen a movie or two on VHS... now only in digital format. I still collect/watch horror. Yesterday I bought a pretty rare DVD, "The Phantom Planet", a scifi/horror/b/"comedy" from 1961... but back to topic, "28 Days Later" was above average, not bad at all.
