Well, as you may already know, as far as I know, Napster just got rid of their DRMed music in order to compete with iTunes. My question is, if I become a member of Napster, does this mean I will be able to burn the mp3 on a CD and play it?

I don't care if I have to pay for the download *as long* as I get the track/music I want. I think it's 99c a track.

As I said, I don't mind paying for music as long as it is what I want.

I would think so. I use Rhapsody and it works like that. Tracks are only .89 with Rhapsody though.
