Hey everyone! I've been away for a few months, as the regulars here probably noticed. It's a long story, but the point is I'm back now! Basically, earlier this spring I decided I was going to sell my computer, move 4500km across Canada, and start out fresh. I'm now on the west coast in Vancouver, BC and everything is going fantastic. I just got myself a new laptop today, so here I am! I missed Flexbeta, so I hope to get a warm welcome back. For those wondering about my laptop, here's the specs.

I love it. I realize the T5250 is pretty cheap for a Core 2, but for me, the other features make up the difference.

@Sphere: possibly... What can I say? I got a good deal! Besides, I don't intend on any high-power supercomputing like I did on my last desktop. For the price, I couldn't get a better portable system. ($899 on sale. $1199 regular). It will do great for travelling, surfing the web, listening to music and watching (HD) movies.
