For some FTP servers, I get the following mesage: Windows Cannot Access This Folder when trying to connect to an FTP site when you type ftp:// from Windows Explorer and for some it works. Why is this and what's happening?

I just want to use Explorer as a file manager for FTP sites that I have access to.
