i don't think it's that necessary to remove the HEX, with the amount of sites displaying it, I doubt they could issue that many DMCA notices, and besides, even if they did, the amount of publicity it's got would make it pointless

If you put quotes around the number to get an exact search in Google, it's now up to 40,100. However, if you just put the number, you get over 300,000.
