update: new pic, it is availible, this is of Windows XP 64-Bit Edition.
(not actual screenshot from OS) from email: Hello and welcome (or welcome back) to the newly renamed Windows Server 2003 SP1 and Windows XP Pro x64 Edition Technical Beta Program. Things are finally heating up for this program after a period of quiet progress. Right now this is the top beta priority for the Windows group. Your feedback is essential to shipping the highest quality server service pack and new 64-bit client possible. Build 1247.IDS is being copied to our download servers right now and assuming that nothing unforeseen happens it will be made available for download in the next few days. A new DDK, SDK, and Code Coverage build will be part of the 1247.IDS release as well. We have download locations in Ireland and Japan for our overseas customers. The files will be available there three to four days after they are posted to the US download site. While you are waiting, download "Changes to Functionality in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1" (Server_SP1.zip) from WindowsBeta. This is a comprehensive document that details the changes made in SP1. It is very similar in content to the document produced for XPSP2. New in this build is Product Activation for the x64 platform. You will need to obtain a product key to install and activate x64 versions of Windows. You can get these from the WindowsBeta website now and avoid long lines later on. This is the first of more builds that will be released on our way to a final release. The current schedule is for RTM to occur in the first half of 2005. Please check back to http://windowsbeta.microsoft.com frequently for the latest news and watch your email for the official build release announcement.
